An official certification to attest the labeling process
The percentage and origin of PCR recycled material in our security products is certified by Recyclass. This organization, recognized in Europe and the USA, helps brands and their partners to improve the eco-design of their plastic packaging by developing evaluation and certification methodologies.
Our Seelcap r-PET 30% security products, certified by Recyclass, can thus be part of a Cosmos-Ecocert labeling process for the personal care and hygiene products.
Security before application: a turnkey solution designed for brand's partners
To meet this need, we have developed a modular equipment, which adapts to the production' specifications of the healthcare, hygiene and para-pharmaceutical markets, while allowing the use of eco-designed films, such as those incorporating 30% recycled PCR material.
This equipment allows top and bottom overlapping to guarantee tamper evidence on the closure, with an optimal placement precision.
