Modular design which allows to answer to the specifications of the multifunction, installation of a sleeve label plus multi-page leaflet. The format tooling is dedicated and adapts to the needs of the operation, orientation of the sleeve in relation to the leaflet, sleeve support adapted to the thickness of the sleeve labeland the leaflet.

A reel unwider designed to support larger cores that need to handle the extra thickness of the leaflet; located outside the machine, it offers easy access to the reels, which are positioned at man height; the splicing table allows for quick and error-free splicing. The whole system offers autonomy and ergonomics, for the comfort of the operator.
This exclusive shrink technology combines several systems: the infrared technology adjustement, the height-adjustable tunnel and the skinner diffusion system are adjusted to each product to optimize energy consumption.
The orientation module of the sleeve allows to adapt to the shape of the container to obtain a positioning of the leaflet at the desired place. The leaflet is thus positioned on the front or back of the product, allowing a facing with a reinforced identity over the entire height of the product.
The marking unit is positioned in the sleeve unwinder module for quick and easy access. It allows for various types of marking or coding to meet the needs for traceability and serialization: printing of the expiration date, barcode, batch number, and various information concerning the product. Several printing technologies are available: inkjet, laser... and can be adapted to the line speeds of your products markets.
Equipped with a quality control system that detects specified defects that may occur during production. The non-conforming products are scanned, controlled and rejected via different systems (chute, ejection table or exit conveyor), according to specifications. This ensures performance and guarantees the expected level of quality.
The extraction hood prevents heat diffusion related to the shrinking technology. It allows to guarantee the shrinking operation without modifying the temperature of the packaging area and to respect the constraints of working in controlled atmosphere.
