A hot air shrinking technology ensures that sensitive products are not altered during the sleeve label shrinking phase. Each recipe has its own adjusted and memorized temperature for both the infrared ramps and the hot air nozzles that ensure the finishing. The settings per recipe allow to control and optimize the energy consumption per format.
Exhaust hood avoids the heat diffusion linked to the shrinking technology. It allows to guarantee the shrinking operation without modifying the temperature of the packaging area and to respect the constraints of working in controlled atmosphere.
Different temperature sensors are installed in the shrinking tunnel. They allow to measure the temperature inside the tunnel to ensure a good shrinkage of the sleeve. For the product safety, a deviation sensor allows to detect and measure temperature increases. In case of deviation, the information is transmitted to the operator on the console and is recorded for product traceability.
The line clearance module prevents product damage in the event of a machine stop. The shrinking tunnel automatically lifts to prevent unwanted heating of the products and triggers a detour to an ejection zone.
This system blocks light products at the entrance of the machine, without damaging or constraining them.
It is associated with the line clearance function which allows to empty only the products engaged in the machine.
