SEELCAP® ONEGO, the innovation from SLEEVER® and CARBIOS, wins an award at the 2024 Packaging Oscars

SEELCAP® ONEGO, the first innovation to emerge from the co-development partnership between SLEEVER® and CARBIOS, has won an award in the “Transformation into active materials” category at the Oscars de l'Emballage 2024.This competition is a reference in the packaging sector. It highlights the initiatives of manufacturers and distributors in the sector, committed to strong innovations. Guided by innovation and their desire to offer sustainable solutions, SLEEVER® and CARBIOS have pooled their expertise to offer brands eco-responsible packaging. Last September, they launched SEELCAP® ONEGO, the world's first Home Compost tamper-evident seal.

SEELCAP® ONEGO, the result of a successful collaboration between SLEEVER® and CARBIOS

SEELCAP® ONEGO is an original, proprietary tamper-evident concept, consisting of two distinct but inseparable aims : the first to ensure tamper-evidence,  an the second to enable easy opening in a single gesture with a gripping flap. Thanks to the inclusion of CARBIOS Active in the material, SEELCAP® ONEGO disintegrates completely in composting conditions, even at room temperature, in less than 6 months (TÜV Austria "OK Compost HOME" certification for SEELCAP® ONEGO is pending).

The SEELCAP® ONEGO is an innovation that meets the safety requirements of sectors such as wines and spirits, and represents an environmentally-friendly solution for these types of packaging with no dedicated recycling channel.
